Our Story
Welcome to our Lake Arrowhead Lake House—a newly built (2023) mountain retreat thoughtfully designed from the ground up for gathering, entertaining, and making lasting memories.
Several years ago, we set out to find a place where family and friends could come together throughout the seasons, summer escapes, winter weekends, holidays, birthdays, or simply a peaceful getaway to enjoy the fresh mountain air. This home was created to be that place, and we’re excited to share it with family and friends so others can enjoy the same unforgettable experiences we do.
Designed for entertaining, the Lake House features a spacious open floor plan with over 3,300 square feet, 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 8+ guests. The heart of the home is a massive, fully stocked kitchen ideal for hosting, complemented by a large family room perfect for gathering. Upper and lower decks offer stunning mountain and lake views, creating the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening sunsets. For those who like to stay active, the home also includes a private gym equipped with free weights, a workout bench, and a Peloton bike.
For nonstop fun, the one-of-a-kind game room provides hours of entertainment with a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, dartboard, and a classic Star Wars pinball machine. Whether you’re here to relax, celebrate a special occasion, or reconnect with loved ones, this is a home made for meaningful moments and lasting memories.
Conveniently located just a 1.5-hour drive from Orange County, the Lake House sits in Lake Arrowhead’s desirable North Bay area, close to shopping, dining in Blue Jay and Lake Arrowhead Village. Guests enjoy full access to the private Lake Arrowhead Beach Clubs and are minutes from year-round recreation, including SkyPark and Snow Valley.
